Excentric handlebar tube in high tensile aluminium alloy. Black anodized.
Spare part for 4Racing clip-ons. Will fit also other clip-ons.
The handlebar tube is excentric, which means that you can turn it 10 mm further to the front, or 10 mm higher or 10 mm further back, to adapt your driving position.
Great for the slightly shorter or taller rider or the rider that simply wants a little bit more upright driving position.
